The cabinet does not intend to display itself but to share with the public the nature of alive works. In the small room the video work Gurmail, Chicago, 2010 was diplayed. Video developed during a trip to Chicago where the artist negotiated a city tour with the taxi driver sharing life stories. TAKE A PLACE WESTERPARK, 2010 Is part of the previous experience of the project developed in the art recidency Gastatelier Leo XIII. This project focuses on a series of events prioritizing improvisation, temporality and a playful atmosphere - the game, pleasure and the collective. The project works with the intangible space between private and public spheres of Westerpark. Most events were developed in the open space not only interact with the public art, but with the Westerpark community. TAKE A PLACE GASTATELIER LEO XIII, 2009 Artist-in-recidency project. In this period I used the studio space as a platform to receive artists and interested people. The opportunity to experience the space of the studio again made me think and develop possible ramifications for future projects. Part of appropriations of the place and other works are in the final exhibition The End. See more PUBLICATIONS, Full Time FREE TIME,2005 Artist-in-residence project. During a month in residency I started to think about the artist's work since it does not exist as formal employment. From this concept I concentrated my time there as an action. I walked in the town with a free time t-shirt and made some conversation with the local community about free time. How they spent their free time? Had they much free time in their lives? The term free time was used in English as an irony, because in the residence all artists constantly spoke in English and the small town of Mojácar is a paradaise for many English people that move without doing any effort to learn Spanish. In this work I recorded continuous movement that I encounter in different circumstances (places, experiences, travel, etc.), relating to apprehension of movement of the image with the music or vice versa. I would like to emphasize that the images are captured as notes from my experience of space. The instrument available to develop this work was a small web cam that limits the motion capture in three minutes, producing low-resolution images. These videos are from hybrid nature. Each proposes presents different issues about movements and their relationship with music. The montage of images and music introduces a perception exercise that results in the development of the series.
